On arrival, you will go for an afternoon game drive. Lake Manyara is well known for its tree climbing lions, which are often seen resting on acacia trees. You may also see elephants, giraffes, zebras, hippos, antelopes, hyenas, and leopards. Birdlife is rich here, with flamingos, pelicans, storks, herons, and many other species. Dinner and overnight will be at your lodge or camp.

After breakfast, you will leave Lake Manyara and drive toward Serengeti National Park through the highlands of Karatu. The drive offers views of farms, villages, and open plains.
You will arrive in Serengeti in time for lunch at your lodge or camp. In the afternoon, you will head out for a game drive. Serengeti is famous for its wide plains and large numbers of wildlife. You may see lions, cheetahs, leopards, wildebeests, zebras, gazelles, giraffes, buffalos, hippos, hyenas, crocodiles, and many bird species. Dinner and overnight will be in Serengeti.
