Detailed Safari Itinerary
Day 1: Arusha to Tarangire National Park
You will be picked up from Arusha and driven to the home of the African Elephants, Tarangire National Park. On arrival, you will drive straight into the Tarangire wilderness for a game drive. Expect to see large herds of elephants as this park is their playground, buffaloes, zebras, leopards, lions, tree pythons and an array of different bird species.
Breakoff for lunch then after drive to another region of the park to explore more of what it has to offer, not forgetting the splendid ancient baobab trees and the different species of birds. Dinner and overnight at your accommodation.
Day 2: Tarangire to Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, you will exit Tarangire national park with packed lunch and drive to Serengeti national park. Day 3: Full day game drive in Serengeti National Park

Return to your accommodation for a relaxing evening.
Day 4: Serengeti to Ngorongoro Conservation Area
Early morning rise plus breakfast and departure from Serengeti to the famous Ngorongoro conservation area, home to the world famous Ngorongoro crater. Drive straight to the crater, stop at the crater rim to marvel at the beautiful setting of the crater from above and the beautiful landscapes of the conservation area at large.
Descend in to the crater for a 4-5-hour game drive. With a break for a picnic lunch by the hippo poolside. Lots of animals and birds to see including the lion…. Leopard, cheetah, rare endangered black rhino, hyenas, hippos, warthogs and different kinds of birds (forest birds, savanna birds, swamp/water birds). Drive up out of the crater and back to your accommodation and spend the rest of the evening at leisure.
Day 5: To Arusha
One last game drive in Ngorongoro in the areas outside the crater. More sightings of animals that inhabit the conservation area like giraffes which aren’t found in the crater. Proceed to Arusha for a drop off at your accommodation or the airport.
