Day 1: Arusha to Ngorongoro Conservation Area
Your driver will pick you up from the airport or your hotel in Arusha. After your breakfast at drive you to the beautiful Ngorongoro conservation area. Along the way, you will enjoy beautiful sights of the rift valley, views of Lake Manyara national park and the farmlands in Karatu.
Arriving in time for lunch, you will check in at your lodge or camp, have your lunch then later go for an afternoon game drive in the conservation area. Make a stop at the crater view point and soak in the unbeatable scenic views of the unbroken caldera. Dinner and overnight at your lodge.
Day 2: Ngorongoro Crater Game drive and Transfer back to Arusha
Before the crack of dawn, you will have your breakfast. Then drive to the rim of the crater from where you will descend 600 meters into the crater for a thrilling game drive on the crater floor. 30,000 animals and over 500 bird species inhabit this natural wonder.
A chance to see Africa’s Big 5 which are the lion….. Elephant, leopard, buffalo and the endangered black rhino among other animals that call the crater home….
